Safety and comfort first
We favour supported, natural positions and a calm working environment. No photograph is more important than the baby's comfort, and a pose is never forced for the sake of a reference image.
Parents remain involved throughout. Any health, feeding or handling considerations should be shared before the session.
A simple, lasting visual style
Soft textures, uncluttered backgrounds and close details keep attention on the baby and family connection. Personal blankets or small meaningful objects can be included when they are safe and visually appropriate.
Parents and siblings are encouraged to be part of the story. These photographs often become as valuable as the individual newborn portraits.
Newborns, milestones and family
Very early sessions preserve small newborn details; later sessions can show alert expressions and emerging personality. Both are valid, and timing should work for the family.
Milestone, birthday and family sessions can continue the visual record as the child grows.

You can enquire during pregnancy using an estimated window, then confirm the session after the baby arrives and everyone is ready.
